GemTech works with both domestic and international mold makers to design and build molds to meet our customers needs. GemTech handles customer molds in a variety of sizes up to one-half ton and are made according to universal injection mold classifications:

Plastic Injection Molds are a significant investment, so mold and material compatibility is critical. GemTech has deep expertise in matching the right resin to the design and maintenance of the mold. We invest heavily to ensure each mold is properly cleaned and maintained. This is done so parts remain high-quality and maximizes mold longevity.

- Our Maintenance Team has decades of experience maintaining molds and all our equipment to the highest standards. Custom molding requires a depth of expertise on both molds, resins, and polymers to ensure customers needs are met.
- We test all of our molds in our own injection molding machines to be sure the product is right before we deliver the mold.
- We also have many years of experience with resins and build molds to use the resin that produces the best product for our customer at an affordable price.
- GemTech has a state of the art water treatment, filtration, and recirculation system to help prevent rust, corrosion, pitting and calcium build-up on your mold. This investment ensures proper care of each mold while minimizing our environmental impact.
- We perform regular preventive maintenance on all of our customer’s molds used in our facility to assure continuous operations and long mold life.
